As much as possible, we work with local farmers, harvesters, and producers. We are ourselves a vendor at two farmers’ markets during the season and we work to support local enterprises by featuring their products. But the reality is that cacao beans are not grown in Maryland and we use chocolate…lots and lots of chocolate…so we can’t source everything locally. Our committment is to bring you the best quality, hand-crafted, fresh food that expands your taste horizons…and we won’t compromise on that.
